Both trips with the Thunder were on time and good.
What bothered me is that you have no tickets after booking and must once again visit a representative or an office at the port. I had the tickets printed out in Thira, which cost another 4 euros.
Then at Port Athinios the complete chaos. Zero information at which gate the Thunder arrives.
Also, there is no office of Thunder Ferries. I could then guess that I get the necessary info in the Blue Star Ferries office. So despite tickets again in a long queue.

In the port on Ios, it worked much better, there were contact persons/agencies to find out the gate.

Please note that the outside cabins are more expensive than the price you paid. We are sorry that they could not change your cabin type due to a lack of availability in the central office of Minoan Lines, but indeed due to peak season, it is very difficult to find a free cabin on the specific route.
